Legit.Health is a Spanish medical-device software company that uses computer vision and AI to support dermatology clinical decisions: it analyses ordinary smartphone photographs to suggest differential diagnoses, flag suspicion of malignancy and automatically score severity across 300+ skin conditions. Founded in Bilbao in 2019 as a University of the Basque Country research project (legal entity AI Labs Group S.L.), it is a seed-stage healthtech with CE marking and ISO 13485 certification, deployed with providers such as Sanitas, Adeslas, SESPA, Aragon's health service and Poland's LUX MED. It has raised roughly $7M in total; an October 2024 capital increase was led by Mutua Madrileña's Mutua Ventures (taking ~10%) with Wayra, Angels Capital and Grupo Ribera, and co-founder Alfonso Medela was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2025.
