NovaHiring is a Spanish HR-tech startup building an AI-agent platform that automates talent acquisition end to end — sourcing, WhatsApp/voice candidate outreach, pre-screening, automated interviews (its "Noa Recruiter") and ranking — so recruiters only spend time on the best candidates. It targets high-volume hiring segments such as BPOs, staffing firms, retail and hospitality, and pitches consistent, bias-reduced evaluation of 100% of applicants with structured feedback. Founded by Marc Fortuny and Álvaro Martínez, who met through Valencia's Lanzadera accelerator, it closed a €350,000 pre-seed round announced in late January 2026, led by Solvo Global with Angels Capital (Juan Roig's investment vehicle), and is expanding internationally alongside Solvo and the VensureHR group. The company is Barcelona-based.
