VVitaance
Vitaance is a Spanish insurtech that started in 2021 as a technology-enabled life insurance provider rewarding healthy habits, and pivoted into a B2B employee benefits and wellbeing platform combining flexible compensation, life/accident insurance, and gamified wellness challenges in one app. Backed by Antai Venture Builder and a seed-stage investor group (Kindred Ventures, K Fund, Astorya.vc, Shilling, SoftBank, Calm/Storm), it raised roughly €5M total across two rounds and reported 10,000+ active users. Vitaance was acquired by UK insurance broker PIB Group in October 2025 and now operates as 'Vitaance \ Part of PIB Group Iberia'; CEO Ana Zamora moved into a PIB Group Iberia Employee Benefits/Flexible Remuneration leadership role, and the company is headquartered in Barcelona.
