HHolded
Holded is a Barcelona-based cloud ERP and business management platform for small and medium businesses, self-employed professionals and accounting firms, bundling invoicing, accounting, treasury, inventory, CRM, projects, HR and payroll into one "business operating system". Founded in 2016 by Javi Fondevila and Bernat Ripoll after going through the SeedRocket accelerator, it raised roughly €22-26M across seed, a €6M Series A led by Lakestar (2019) and a €15M Series B led by Elaia (2021). Holded was acquired by Norwegian software group Visma in June 2021 in a deal reported at over €120M, so it is no longer an independent VC-backed startup — it operates as an autonomous Visma company still run by its two founders, and now serves around 900,000 SMBs.
