TTalent Clue
Talent Clue is a Barcelona-based Talent Acquisition System (ATS/TAS) that lets HR teams automate recruiting end to end — job multiposting, careers-page and employer-branding tools, candidate tracking, collaborative screening and analytics — and it popularised the 'Inbound Recruiting' methodology in Spanish-speaking markets. Founded in 2013 (with roots in the SNTalent recruiting consultancy), it serves 250+ customers and ~19,000 users across Spain, Europe and LatAm, including Volkswagen Group Retail Spain, McDonald's, Accenture and Securitas Direct. On 12 November 2025 Talent Clue was acquired by and integrated into the French HR-tech group Beetween, so it is no longer an independent startup; it is now led by CEO Natxo Lopez and its three founders have all moved on (Iván Sala co-founded B4work; Toni Gimeno runs an employer-branding consultancy).
