Founded in 2020 in Valencia through the Lanzadera accelerator (backed by Mercadona's Juan Roig), it now runs kitchens in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Murcia serving brands like Wingstop, Costa Coffee, Papa John's and Michelin-chef-backed concepts.
