Verifait (legally Verifait Automation Intelligence, S.L.) is a Madrid-based AI startup that automates the technical operation of physical security systems — video surveillance, intrusion panels and other connected devices. Its platform (modules include Keeper for camera-fault detection, Supervisor for automated virtual guard tours, VideoLink for event video retrieval, GatewayOne as a multi-brand alarm/video receiver, and Panels) filters out false alarms and removes repetitive monitoring work for control centres, selling to retail chains, supermarkets, industrial and logistics firms. Founded in late 2023 by Eduardo Cermeño (previously behind Madrid video-analytics firm Vaelsys), it is a ~5-15 person seed-stage company backed by Banco Sabadell's BStartup, and won the 7th Esade Alumni PropTech Challenge. Javier Delgado is CTO, Rafael Gil de Miguel Product & Project Director, and Javier Rey Business & Technical Manager.
