Naria (legal entity Naria Tech SL) is a Spanish impact startup founded in 2019 that digitalizes the "Third Sector" — NGOs, foundations, food banks and public administrations — with a blockchain-based traceability platform for social aid, food-surplus management and donation fundraising, sold B2B and B2G. It is Seed-stage: a ~€400K round (CAPSA, TheFoodTechLab, angel Javier Artiach and others) was followed by a ~€600K capital increase largely covered by existing shareholders and impact investors including the French fund Phitrust, opened to retail investors via Bolsa Social/Goparity. It is headquartered in Castellón de la Plana (Valencian Community), employs roughly 17 people, is the first B Corp certified company in Castellón province, and has expanded to Latin America (Guatemala with CODESPA/AECID).
