Flower and plant marketplace Colvin closed a €6 million internal round from its existing shareholders, reported as a down round with the valuation cut roughly 40-50% versus the €45 million round of 2021. Founders Sergi Bastardas and Andrés Cester stepped back from operations while the company searched for a new CEO; Colvin has raised €83.7 million across eight rounds since 2016.
