Wooptix — Series B · €10M

Canary Islands semiconductor metrology company Wooptix, which uses wavefront phase imaging derived from astrophysics to measure silicon wafer deformation, closed a €10M Series B co-led by Spain's CDTI and Bullnet Capital with no single lead named. Intel Capital, Tokyo Electron, the EIC Fund, Danobatgroup, Fagor Automation and the Mondragon promotion fund also took part; the money will robotise its equipment for manufacturing.
