Madrid-based Correcto, which builds a real-time AI writing assistant for Spanish (spelling, grammar and style with explanations), raised a €6.5M seed round reported in some outlets as $7M. The round was co-led by Octopus Ventures, Carya Venture Partners and River Park Ventures with no single lead named; the company had previously raised about €575K in early 2022 from Fuel Ventures and Asymmetry Ventures and counted over 120,000 users across Spain and Latin America.
