Galeneo Health, whose platform lets doctors and hospitals deliver coordinated hospital-level care in patients' homes, closed a €1 million round led by Ship2B Ventures through its BSocial Impact Fund, with existing shareholders also participating. The startup has completed more than 18,000 medical services for over 1,000 patients across 12 Spanish cities since 2021.
