Electric motorcycle and e-bike maker Velca closed a €5.3M Series A package co-led by Sherry Ventures, Noso Capital and BeHappy Investments to expand into France, Germany and Italy and launch new vehicles. The figure comprises a €3.5M capital increase (including funds raised via the SEGO Venture crowdfunding platform), a €600k Enisa participative loan and €1.2M in bank financing from Santander and Sabadell.
