S.Lab closed its pre-seed at roughly €700k, announced at IT Arena in Lviv in early October 2023 where the company disclosed a final ~$210k tranche: $100k from ZAS Ventures, ~€100k from Vesna Capital and $10k from angel Sasha Reminny, on top of about €400k raised earlier. Only the month is firmly documented, so the date is given as 2023-10; a Forbes Ukraine interview of 24 Oct 2023 described the round as ~€500k of external equity at a €3.5M valuation, while the company and later coverage consistently quote ~€700k for the pre-seed as a whole. The earlier portion included accelerator equity investments — €80k from Startup Wise Guys (Feb 2022, €50k cash plus €30k of programme costs) and ~$120k from Techstars (autumn 2022) — plus European, US and Ukrainian business angels and ~€50k of founder capital; a $10k IT Arena Startup Competition prize and, later, $100k of equity-free Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund money (Oct 2024) were awards/grants rather than round capital.
