Equity crowdfunding round run on the biotech platform Capital Cell: the campaign opened on 10 October 2025 and closed on 30 December 2025 having raised €913,789 against a €900,000 target from 111 investors, at a €5.6M pre-money valuation for 25% of the company. Capital Cell listed existing lead investor BeAble Capital plus several private investors as having committed €500k of the target, with the remaining ~€400k raised from the crowd; the money funds the international clinical trial of the MS Kit in Europe and the US ahead of a 2026 launch, and the corresponding capital increases were registered at the Spanish commercial registry (BORME) on 26 March 2026.
