AALA Diagnostics
ALA Diagnostics is a Madrid-based biotech developing in vitro diagnostic kits for neurological diseases with unmet medical need, starting with a rapid, low-cost blood test (the 'MS Kit' / 'EM Kit') for early diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis based on a validated recombinant-protein biomarker. Founded in 2019, it is at seed/pre-market stage, has raised roughly €1.1-1.6M led by deep-science fund BeAble Capital plus Keiretsu Forum angels, and has also drawn EU (EIC/European Commission) and Spanish Ministry of Science grants totalling around €1.4M. It closed a ~€914k equity crowdfunding round on Capital Cell in December 2025 at a €5.6M pre-money valuation, opened a production laboratory in Madrid, and is running international clinical trials ahead of a planned 2026 market launch.
