Wallbox announced $15M in private placement financings of Class A ordinary shares, of which just over $9M came from the Spanish state's Sociedad Española para la Transformación Tecnológica (SETT) — an equity investment completing the financing round first announced in February 2025 — and more than $5M from existing investors including Iberdrola's Perseo vehicle, Orilla Asset Management and co-founder and CEO Enric Asunción. The existing-investor tranche closed on 2 June 2025 and the SETT tranche was expected to close on 13 June 2025.
