Final tranche of Satlantis' second (2021-22) capital increase, in which US group Encino Environmental Holdings (an investment vehicle backed by Williams, BP Energy Partners and EnCap Investments) came in as the company's first large international shareholder, taking the total capital increase in Spain to €24M; the incremental amount of this tranche is the difference from the €16.5M reported in November 2021. Satlantis also closed a parallel $3.5M investment by Encino into its US affiliate Satlantis LLC, announced on 31 March 2022, and El Referente reported the €24M as the company's 'third investment round'. No lead investor was stated.
