Roams announced it had secured €2M of a €3.5M round opened in October 2024, in an operation coordinated by law firm Garrigues; funeral-and-family-protection insurer Europea Seguros came in as an industrial partner with a stake of more than 5%, while the remainder of the round stayed open to retail investors on the CNMV-supervised SEGO Venture platform. Press reports put the company's valuation at €13.9M and a 2027 target valuation of €57-85M; the press did not label the round with a stage letter, and earlier bank facilities from Santander, BBVA, CaixaBank, Laboral Kutxa, Iberaval, Sodical and ENISA are excluded here as loans.
