Roams closed an equity crowdfunding round of €495,000 on SegoVenture, the equity platform of Grupo SegoFinance, beating its €400,000 target after covering more than 65% of the goal in under a week, mainly from retail investors. Proceeds were earmarked for hiring in operations, business development and content marketing, new mobility and pet verticals, and comparison tools for finance, energy and insurance.
