Madrid proptech Libeen raised a €2.5M seed round led by German fund Cusp Capital for its 'smart housing' rent-to-own model, in which tenants put down about 5% of a property's value and build up to 20% of the purchase price through their monthly rent over roughly five years. It had more than 20,000 users and a reservation pipeline of around €20M.
