Wooptix, a University of La Laguna spin-off working on wafer metrology via wave-phase imaging, secured more than €10M in a Series C co-led by Samsung Venture Investment Corporation and Spain's state technology vehicle SETT, with existing investors EIC Fund, Intel Capital, MONDRAGON and TEL Venture Capital participating. SETT contributed an initial €4M public co-investment — its first investment in a Spanish tech startup — and it was Samsung's first investment in Spain.
