A seed bridge round on Capital Cell closed on 13 Dec 2023 at €626,130 from 215 investors. The target was €600K, for 10% equity at a €6M pre-money valuation, and the money pays for clinical validation of UBIware at Vall d'Hebron Hospital and early CE/FDA regulatory work. The campaign opened on 13 Sep 2023, and PlantaDoce (13 Oct 2023) said total financing was close to €3M including grants: EIC Pathfinder QusTom €420K (2022) and CDTI Neotec €250K (2023). Farside/101 Ventures and FITalent (NTT Data) are named among its backers. A larger €2M round was planned for 2024, but no close has been reported.
