Herko's second round closed in March 2025. CDTI Innovación put in €4,221,000 through Innvierte, co-investing with BBK Fundazioa, Proyectos Aguamarina, Easo Ventures II, Full Global Investments and Ekarpen Private Equity. €4.2M is CDTI's share and the only figure disclosed, so the full round was probably larger. No lead is named, and the Series A label is inferred because this was the follow-on to the 2022 seed. Alimarket first reported the company looking for this second round in January 2024.
