Honest Greens — Unstaged equity

Act III Holdings, the evergreen fund of Panera Bread founder Ron Shaich, made a strategic investment of undisclosed size in Honest Greens Barcelona S.A. to speed its expansion across Europe and the UK; the chain then had 30 restaurants in Spain and Portugal and €27.4M revenue in 2024. In March 2025 Desigual founder Thomas Meyer also joined through a capital increase via his holding La Vida Es Chula SL and took a board seat. The amount was not disclosed. Crunchbase labels the deal Series B and Tracxn labels it Seed.
