Honest Greens is a Barcelona-based fast-casual restaurant group serving chef-driven, plant-forward meals made from sustainably sourced ingredients to health-conscious diners at accessible prices. It operates its own restaurants, supplied by a central production kitchen in Sant Joan Despí, and has grown to around 30 locations across Spain and Portugal, with further openings in France and the United Kingdom. The company was founded in Barcelona in 2017 by Christopher Fuchs, Rasmus B. and Benjamin Bensoussan. In January 2025 it received a strategic investment from Act III Holdings, the investment firm of Panera Bread founder Ron Shaich, to support its expansion across Europe.
