La Vida es Chula

La Vida es Chula is the Barcelona-based single-family office and personal holding company of Thomas Meyer, founder of the fashion brand Desigual. It holds Meyer's controlling stake in Desigual and uses his personal capital for direct minority investments in emerging, mostly Catalan companies at seed to Series A stage, with a focus on consumer brands, fashion, hospitality, fitness and logistics technology. Its portfolio includes the coffee chain GoodNews, Lapso Studios gyms, the fashion production platform fabbric, the apparel brand Laagam, the logistics platform Tennders and the restaurant group Honest Greens. It also backed the launch of the Norrsken Barcelona entrepreneurship hub.
