Humanox closed the first part of a planned €4.92M capital increase, raising €2.94M (60% of the target) by issuing 410,000 new shares at €12 each (€0.10 nominal plus €11.90 premium). Existing shareholders Telefónica (through Wayra) and Univen Capital took part. Xarxa Capital's crowdSport business-angel network joined, and the broker GPM placed shares with about 122 small investors. Later press reported the company was insolvent by 2024.
