Spotahome raised a €5 million strategic equity round with no stage disclosed and no named lead, adding Actyus, Siesta Ventures and Martín Varsavsky alongside existing backers Passion Capital, Seaya Ventures, Kleiner Perkins and 14W. The mid- and long-term rental marketplace reached EBITDA profitability in H2 2024 with 35% YoY growth and over €200 million in rental volume; Sergio Furio joined the board for Actyus. The company has raised more than €105 million in total since 2014.
