MOWOOT — Series A · €600K

MOWOOT raised a €600k bridge round from strategic partners in Germany and Spain and through the crowdfunding platform Capital Cell. The Capital Cell campaign ran from 17 April to 5 June 2024 and raised €423,126 from 206 investors at a €20.9M pre-money valuation. The money is for international expansion, mainly in the UK. The round was filed as Series A because it follows the 2022 Series A, and the date is the EIT Health report. Separately, in April 2024 the company received €2.2M in EU Next Generation public funds, which is a grant and is not included here.
