This €3.3M capital increase was opened in November 2022. It closed in July 2023 when Bio & Tech Smart Capital (backed by Grupo Zendal) put in €500K and took a board seat. About €1.3M came from Inveready, XesGalicia, FiTalent, Unirisco and co-founder Julio Castro, and roughly €2M from investors on the Capital Cell equity crowdfunding platform. The money funds the Phase 2 work on OST-122 for inflammatory bowel disease and the OST-499 programme.
