Spinally Medical raised €635,604 from 119 investors in an equity crowdfunding round on Capital Cell. The campaign ran from 2 April to 7 August 2024, targeted €575K (it reached 110.5%) and sold 20% of the company at a €2.5M pre-money valuation to fund the FuturaLead prototype and preclinical work. It was a pre-seed round, since El Referente later described the company's next round as a seed round planned for Q1 2026. The company also received public support from the State Research Agency, Banco Sabadell's health start-up programme and Santander X.
