Syra Coffee — Seed

Decelera Ventures invested in Syra Coffee in 2024, after Syra went through Decelera's 2023 programme. The amount and exact date were not disclosed, and only the year is known. CB Insights lists a Seed round in May 2024. In August 2025 Colombia's Grupo Lux (Mérica, part of Organización Ardila Lülle) took majority control. It bought out Turtle Capital, Inveready and other holders and added a small capital increase. That deal was reported as an acquisition, so it is not listed as a round.
