YPlasma, an INTA (Spanish National Institute of Aerospace Technology) spin-off supported by Mobile World Capital Barcelona's tech transfer programme, raised $2.5M (c.€2.14M) led by deeptech fund Faber with participation from SOSV. Funds will expand R&D in Madrid and at SOSV's HAX hardtech labs in Newark, New Jersey, for its plasma-based 'ionic wind' cooling technology for AI chips.
