BBVA Spark provided Cabify with a €15M venture debt facility (reported as roughly $16.4M) to accelerate its strategic plan around sustainable and affordable urban mobility, including the deployment of 200 new electric cars in Madrid through its Vecttor subsidiary. It is pure venture debt with no equity attached; BBVA Spark was the sole financier.
