noctuRNA Therapeutics — Grant · up to €100K

Nocturna Therapeutics was one of 20 deeptech start-ups that ACCIÓ, the Catalan government's business agency, awarded a non-repayable Startup Capital grant of up to €100,000 each. The press release lists the company as Nocturna Therapeutics. It is non-dilutive public money, kept on record but not counted as a round. In September 2026 the company was still trying to raise a €3M seed round, so that round is not reported.
