Madrid-based StudentFinance, which funds upskilling and reskilling through income-share-style agreements, raised €39 million combining equity led by Iberis Capital and debt provided by Smart Lenders Asset Management. The company said the money would fund expansion in Spain plus launches in the UK and Germany, taking total raised to about €44.7 million.
