Veridas, the digital identity and biometrics company created as a joint venture between BBVA and das-Nano, announced a €15 million capital increase (rights issue) subscribed by its existing shareholders to fund global expansion. The company targeted roughly 100% growth in 2023, with projected revenue of €26.3 million.
