ChatWith.io (product brand tochat.be) is a Madrid-based SaaS platform that helps micro SMEs, freelancers and agencies sell and provide customer support over WhatsApp, offering WhatsApp widgets, booking/appointment tools, payment links, lead-capture forms and a lightweight CRM. Founded in April 2021 and incubated by the Lanzadera accelerator (Valencia), it closed a €750K seed round in December 2021 led by Angels (Juan Roig's Marina de Empresas investment vehicle). As of 2023 it reported ~$384K ARR and a 17-person team, and claims over 32,000 WhatsApp Business users on its tools.
