PPerfecta Energía
Perfecta Energía (legal entity Tresa Energía, S.L., operating as Perfecta Grupo powered by Greenvolt) is a Madrid-based residential solar company that designs, installs, manages and finances photovoltaic self-consumption systems, batteries, EV chargers and aerothermal solutions across Spain. Its differentiator is financing: it removes the upfront cost barrier with financing of up to 25 years, and in 2022 it created Spain's first securitisation fund for residential solar (Perfecta Solar Residencial, up to €133.5M, with Q-Impact). After a €3.5M seed round led by impact fund Creas in June 2021, Portuguese renewables group Greenvolt acquired a 42.19% stake with an option over full control; Greenvolt later classified the residential stake as a discontinued activity and began divesting.
