Green Home Finance is a Madrid-based solar fintech that provides 100% consumer financing (terms up to 25 years) for residential solar self-consumption installations, distributed through installers and energy partners such as Amara NZero and Enphase Energy. Created in 2020 by residential solar company Perfecta Energía (originally as Perfecta Consumer Finance) together with impact fund manager Q-Impact, it has financed over 3,000 families and more than €20M, and structured Spain's first residential solar securitisation fund, Perfecta Solar Residencial (CNMV-registered, up to €133.5M, with a Barclays Europe credit line), giving it deployment capacity of around €100M. It is the financing arm of Perfecta Grupo, which is majority-linked to Portuguese renewables group Greenvolt.
