Unibo is a Spanish fintech that provides the first 100% digital banking account built specifically for property managers (administradores de fincas) and homeowner associations, letting them handle direct debits, transfers, community expenses and a white-label online portal without branch visits. Founded in Barcelona in 2021 and used by 600+ real estate professionals, it operates as an e-money service through Unnax Regulatory Services with funds safeguarded at Banco Inversis. It raised roughly €1.1M+ in seed rounds led by Valencian fund Draper B1 plus a sector crowdfunding campaign, and in November 2025 joined Germany's Aareon Group, so it is now part of a larger proptech SaaS group rather than an independent startup.
