Simo Health (brand "SIMO") is a Barcelona-based direct-to-consumer children's nutrition brand selling science-led supplements for kids aged 3-12, currently a Kids Daily Multivitamin gummy and a Kids Sweet Dreams night formula, made without added sugars or artificial sweeteners, EFSA-compliant, third-party tested and GMP-manufactured in Spain. The brand is operated by VitalPeak S.L. (CIF B67964114, C/ Perú 186 bis, Barcelona), the same legal entity previously named Ouvo Plant Based S.L. / UOBO Foodtech S.L. — the plant-based egg startup UOBO founded in 2021 by Narcís Fors Morera and Sergi Mainar, which was renamed VitalPeak in November 2025 as it pivoted into supplements. Narcís Fors is sole administrator of VitalPeak S.L. The last disclosed funding, a €500K seed in October 2024, was raised under the UOBO identity.
