Woffu
Woffu (legal entity Woffu Job Organizer, SL) is a Barcelona-based HR SaaS platform for time tracking, shift/schedule management, and vacation and absence management, widely used in Spain to comply with the country's mandatory working-time registration law. Founded in 2015 by Miguel Fresneda and Víctor D. Pérez, it grew bootstrapped with no venture capital, reaching roughly 3,000 customers and 300,000 users, and has been part of the Norwegian software group Visma since April 2022 (Visma's cloud HR/payroll unit was subsequently acquired by UKG).
