Remuner is an AI-powered variable compensation platform that automates the design, calculation and management of sales commission and incentive plans, giving revenue teams real-time visibility into their earnings via dashboards and an AI compensation coach ("Remu AI"). Founded in 2023 in Barcelona by three former Signaturit executives, it raised a €2M pre-seed led by Pear VC in January 2024 and a €5.5M (~$6.5M) Seed led by Seaya with Pear VC in September 2025, and won the Future of Work & Talent vertical at South Summit Madrid 2025. Clients include Europastry, Fluidra, MasOrange and Alfasigma.
