niid is a Madrid-based technology platform that acts as a personal assistant for the private lives of executives and their families, sold B2B2C to companies as a work-life-balance and talent-retention benefit. Through its app it connects users with a network of certified "lifestyle experts" who handle requests across travel, home, health, dining, personal care, admin and leisure, tiered as niidme (everyday tasks), niidnow (urgent) and niidwow (complex, e.g. private jets or sold-out event tickets). Founded in February 2022, it raised c. €800K in 2023 from ENISA and business angels including José Antonio Llorente (LLYC), Jaime Sol (EY) and Antonio Soto (ex-Pepsi Spain), and won the 2023 Up Spain–DCH "Salario Emocional" award.
