Quipu
Quipu is a Barcelona-based SaaS that automates invoicing, expense digitisation, bank reconciliation, tax filing and pre-accounting for Spanish freelancers, SMEs and accounting firms, including compliance with Spain's Verifactu e-invoicing rules. Founded in 2013 inside the itnig startup hub, it raised a €340K seed from business angels and a €2M round in 2019 (when Dan Kragt joined as CEO), and was acquired by French software company Sellsy in November 2022; it now operates as part of the TeamSystem group.
