Trioteca is a Spanish mortgage-tech (hipotech) fintech founded in 2018 that uses proprietary algorithms and AI to search, compare and negotiate mortgages across dozens of Spanish banks on behalf of home buyers, free for the user. It operates as a digital mortgage broker with an in-house mortgage advisory team, has intermediated several thousand mortgages worth hundreds of millions of euros, obtained Bank of Spain registration in 2020, and promoted the creation of the Spanish Association of Mortgage Brokers. It is headquartered in Barcelona (Carrer d'Àlaba 140, 22@ district, since May 2024) with roughly 100 employees.
