PPeimi
Peimi is a Barcelona-based SaaS platform that automates sales commission and incentive management, replacing error-prone spreadsheets with real-time dashboards, notifications, gamification and validation workflows for sales, HR and finance teams; it also handles rewards and gift cards and integrates with leading CRMs and ERPs. Founded in 2023 by Oriol Vinzia (CEO) and Albert Martínez (CTO), who previously worked together at proptech Housfy, it is at seed stage with 2-10 employees and reported 20+ business customers. In January 2025 it closed a €415K round (€255K equity plus a €163K ENISA loan) led by Plug and Play and Nuclio with business angels including Guillermo Llibre (Lanai), Xavier Fàbrega and David Tomás (Cyberclick).
