Mr Jeff (rebranded simply as "Jeff" in 2019) was a Valencia-based on-demand everyday-services company founded in 2015, starting as a laundry and dry-cleaning pickup-and-delivery app and later expanding via a low-cost "business in a box" franchise model into fitness (Fit Jeff), beauty (Beauty Jeff) and wellness verticals across roughly 40 markets in Europe, LatAm, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and North Africa. It raised around $43-60M from VCs including All Iron Ventures, AddVenture, Mundi Ventures and FJ Labs and at its peak claimed ~2,000 franchise units. The company is defunct — an €83-90M Series C never closed, it went nine-plus months without paying staff, filed for voluntary insolvency in May 2023 and entered liquidation in April 2024 with ~€48M of debt; co-founder/CEO Eloi Gómez and two directors were sent to oral trial in Valencia in 2025-2026 over alleged fraud against franchisees.
